The collection focuses on cases from three categories: Cultural Heritage Protection, Archaeological Research, and Exhibition and Utilization. It is  open to a wide range of institutions worldwide, including government departments, international organizations, social groups, cultural heritage institutions, research institutions, universities and businesses.

Applicants must align with the WIC’s mission and meet the basic criteria for the selected category. The submitted case must have been initiated or implemented no earlier than 2023.

Important Notes for Submission

2.Content Relevance

Please make sure that the case you submitted is highly relevant to the selected category. Applicants can choose multiple categories and submit multiple cases, but the same case cannot be submitted in multiple categories.

For example, Case A cannot be submitted both under the Cultural Heritage Protection and under Archaeological Research.

3.Content Writing Requirements

Applicants must ensure all provided information is truthful and accurate.

The content should be well-organized, clear and concise, using professional language.

For English submissions, we recommend following industry-standard translations.

4.Supporting Materials

Upload materials that are of a moderate file size to facilitate easy downloading by judges.

Each file should be clearly named, indicating the case name and document type (e.g., patent certificate, supporting images, etc.).
